I’m a Relational Resolutionary
Guiding individuals and couples toward healthier, more connected lives
We deserve to experience greater connection to ourselves, the people we love, and the community we live in.
I became a therapist because I want to help people get unstuck from their destructive behaviors and learn new ways to be in the world.
We all have the ability to change regardless of past behaviors and experiences and no matter how old we are. If we're breathing, we can change. I take great pride in watching folks experience a healthier and more satisfying way of living and am grateful for the effort and work they invest in our work together. Because of this, I become a part of their life-long support network, which I value.
On any given day, you can find me watching my daughter play hockey, snuggling with our dogs, sitting near or in a body of water, knitting, or frolicking in the woods, all with my partner. Well, he watches me knit!
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#2725) and a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) credentialed through the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.
